Are you still using Punch-in/Punch-out systems?
Save your drivers the time of driving up to the office to clock in and out. Track their work hours with the Work Schedule report. The report displays the time when the driver was scheduled to start their shift, when they first turned the ignition on in their truck and when the vehicle first moved. This allows you to see if the driver left the car running after turning on the ignition for a longer time than acceptable by your company.
See where the vehicle has been
You can check where your vehicle has been throughout the day by Replaying the Trip. Go to your Track Screen, click on the vehicle you would like to track, from the status menu on the left hand side click Trip Replay. Set your date range, click on the trip and see the trip appear on your screen.
Instantly locate your vehicle
You can instantly find out where your vehicles are by going to your Track screen, navigate to the vehicle you need to locate from the Asset list on the left, click on the vehicle, then from the status menu on the left, click the Zoom To option, this will open a new window with the vehicles location and update as the vehicle moves.
Get alerted if your drivers are idling for too long
Set up a Rule for all of your vehicle assets to report an alert to your phone or your email when the vehicle is idling for a longer than usual amount of time. This will help you regulate idling times and lower your fuel consumption.
